In November, Colorfix once again reaffirmed its strength and unity.

The Sustainable Practices Program (PPS) achieved an overall result of 93.2%, demonstrating its commitment to continuous improvement and environmental responsibility.

The program, which integrates practices focused on efficiency and preservation, has generated significant results in the areas, with improvements in processes, organization, and visual impact.

This index reflects not only compliance with quality standards, but also the company's alignment with its sustainability values. 

In addition to this progress, the Colorfix Task Force held on November 19 also stands out, bringing together 27 employees in an action that went beyond cleaning, where 20.6 kg of waste was collected and, at the end, a brainstorming session was held with ideas to make our spaces safer, more organized, and more sustainable.

The task force was not just a one-off action, but an exercise in corporate citizenship that strengthens the culture of care and engagement.

As was evident during the event, small collective actions generate big changes.

The challenge now is to turn these practices into routine, ensuring an increasingly safe, organized environment that is aligned with the company's values and the PPS.
