SIPAT 2026 reinforces a culture of prevention, health, and inclusion at Colorfix

28 de maio, 2026

From May 4 to 8, Colorfix held another edition of SIPAT 2026—the Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week—bringing together employees from all three shifts for a program focused on health, safety, quality of life, and strengthening the company’s culture of prevention.

Throughout the week, participants attended lectures on current and relevant topics, fostering important reflections on safe behavior, physical and mental well-being, as well as a collective commitment to a safer and healthier work environment.

The program began with a review of the Code of Conduct, the Employee Handbook, and the LGPD, reinforcing key guidelines for workplace harmony and data protection. The following day focused on ergonomics, manual lifting, and workplace exercise, highlighting essential precautions for physical health in the corporate environment.

On the third day, the lecture “Balance that Protects: The Link Between Family, Mind, and Safety” offered reflections on the relationship between personal life, emotional health, and workplace safety. On the penultimate day of the event, the topic of mental health and emotional burnout expanded the discussion on psychological well-being and the importance of recognizing signs of psychological strain.

Closing out the program, the lecture “A Minute That Changes Everything: Life After a Workplace Accident” left a lasting impression on participants by emphasizing the importance of prevention and collective responsibility in everyday life.

Space for everyone

The activities took place across the company’s three shifts, ensuring broad employee participation. In addition to the technical and educational content, SIPAT also featured raffles for gifts and prizes during all shifts, making the experience even more dynamic, strengthening interaction among employees, and encouraging engagement in the activities.

One of the highlights of this edition was the presence of a Brazilian Sign Language interpreter during the lectures, an initiative that improved accessibility and promoted inclusion, enabling a more effective participation by an employee with a hearing impairment (PWD) and reinforcing Colorfix’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.

For Occupational Safety Technician Rodrigo Manoel, the event was a great success. “Participation was positive. The topics covered were very well received, and the proposed goal was achieved, raising awareness about safety, mental health, safe behavior, and accident prevention in the workplace,” he says.

More than just a series of lectures, SIPAT 2026 reaffirmed Colorfix’s commitment to caring for people, reinforcing essential values for an increasingly safe, welcoming, and mindful environment.
