A Message from the President
28 de maio, 2026
We are living in a time of major transformations and uncertainties for the global industry. Recent conflicts involving Iran have reignited geopolitical tensions that directly impact the petrochemical market, putting significant pressure on plastic resin prices and exacerbating challenges related to predictability, costs, and competitiveness across the entire sector.
When plastic prices rise significantly, the impacts extend far beyond the industry. Plastic is present in virtually every aspect of daily life: food packaging, hygiene products, medications, household items, automotive parts, medical supplies, construction materials, and so many other essential products. For this reason, sudden shifts in raw material costs eventually affect the supply chain and the cost of living for Brazilian families.
In scenarios like this, the importance of companies that are prepared, resilient, and committed to innovation, efficiency, and responsibility becomes even more evident. It is precisely in this context that Colorfix continues to move forward, strengthening its foundations and investing in what we value most: people, knowledge, technology, and sustainable development.
In this edition of our newsletter, we share initiatives that reflect this commitment. The holding of SIPAT 2026 reinforces our culture of prevention, safety, and care for people. More than just lectures, we experienced a week of learning, reflection, and reinforcing safe behavior. I thank everyone involved in this very important project, which invites us to pause, review our attitudes, and reinforce essential care for our physical and emotional health and our work environment.
We also celebrate Colorfix’s presence at Hannover Messe 2026, one of the world’s largest industrial innovation trade fairs. Participating in this event, at a strategic moment for Brazilian industry, reinforces our international standing and expands opportunities for business, technological innovation, and partnerships that will contribute to the company’s sustainable growth.
At the same time, we continue to invest in our internal structure. The upcoming renovation of the Quality Control Laboratory and improvements to the production facilities demonstrate our ongoing commitment to operational efficiency, modernization, and better working conditions for our teams.
Another important advancement is the 2026–2027 Performance-Based Reward Plan (PPR), designed to recognize results, strengthen engagement, and align individual, departmental, and corporate objectives. We grow when each person understands their contribution to the whole and realizes that their efforts are part of a collective endeavor.
External challenges will continue to exist. But I am convinced that, with unity, responsibility, safety, and a vision for the future, we will continue to transform complex scenarios into opportunities for growth.
May the Lord continue to bless us and guide us through this process. Thank you very much to everyone, and may God bless the life and family of each one of you.
Warm regards and enjoy the read!
