2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey

In September, the 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey was conducted.

For the second consecutive year, the company achieved an average score above 90 in all questions, reaching an overall average of 95.62.

Out of a total of 533 customers, the survey received 109 responses, resulting in a response rate of 20.45%, the highest ever recorded by the company.

Questions that received scores of 7 or below have already been forwarded by email to those responsible, containing customer information, company information, questions, and assigned scores.
